Ultime creazioni

Sono stata un pò assente dal blog, ne ho approfittato per creare alcune cose e prepararmi per una nuova impresa che partirà a breve.
Questa nuova "impresa" porterà aria decisamente diversa al mio blog e, per questo motivo, saluto il mondo della creatività (almeno per un pò!) con una carrellata di oggetti handmade fatti da me.
Si comincia con le imprese impossibili. L'anno scorso fu la volta dello scaldacuore turchese in lana d'Abruzzo (http://creakitshop.com/).

I've been away from my blog for a while. In the meantime I created several handmade objects and am getting ready for a new challenge that is gonna happen in few weeks. This new challenge will take "fresh air" on my blog and, I'm saying good-bye to the handmade world (at least for a while) with a brief look at my last creations.
Let's start with the impossible projects. Last year it was the time of the blue-green jumper made with Abruzzo wool (http://creakitshop.com/).

Quest'anno è stato il turno sempre della lana d'Abruzzo ma blu e verde. Sono stata indecisa per molto tempo ma poi alla fine ho optato per i rettangoli.
This year it was time for the blue and green Abruzzo wool. I was hesitant for a long time about how to use this wool, eventually I chose rectangles.

 

E uno dopo l'altro è nato il golfone, definito dall'amica Paola, "il golf di King Kong" proprio perchè non finiva mai. Effettivamente io sono molto alta ed esso è lunghissimo...
One after the other, the never ending pullover showed up. A friend of mine called it "King Kong's pullover" as it never ended. To be honest, I'm very tall and it came very very long...

A fine Agosto mi sono dedicata a un diverso modulo, molto interessante, fatto all'uncinetto e preso da un libro.
At the end of August, I got addicted to a crochet pattern that I really like a lot, found on a book.

L'altra sera, infine, stanca di filati troppo sottili, mi sono buttata su uno molto grosso e ho finito in quattro e quattr'otto questo coprispalle.
Last but not least, the very last creation, a shawl made with a "big" wool that was ready in few hours.

La prossima volta che ci rivedremo su questo blog, non troverete più lane, ferri e uncinetti ma una bellissima sorpresa!!! Non vedo l'ora!
